Pre ordered game takes FIVE days to deliver
The whole point of pre ordering a video game is that you have it delivered to your door step on the day of release. Well I thought this was the case when I ordered a game on Wed 23 Sept that was due for release on Fri 25 Sept. After non delivery and subsequent calls to the courier I was informed my delivery was labelled as 'economy' and would take up to 5 days to deliver. This meant i was unable to secure the game on the release date as i would have liked. I am in Cape Town and entered my address as such on the order form, only to find out that the delivery was coming from Pretoria. I was extremely incensed but couldn't blame the courier company.

Why the delivery came from Pretoria is beyond me considering there are so many CNA branches in the Western Cape that could have furnished my needs. Thoroughly disappointed in this poor service and will not be transacting with CNA or recommending them in future.
