Pre Ordered Game Arrives 4 days after release date

So I recently decided to pre order Fifa 18. The game was released 29 September 2017 so I ordered it through CNA Online two weeks prior to the release date. On the release date I get an email saying shipment is taking place and it is coming from Pretoria so I WILL NOT get this game on the release date. I then advise that I want the order cancelled as the whole plan of pre ordering a game is to get it on the day the game is released. If not then I may as well go to a store and get the game myself. So when I advised that the order be cancelled they said they would cancel it and I got a reference number. I then went to a store and low and behold the price in store does not match the online price. It is R100 MORE in store. Be that as it may I got the game at another place but then Monday I get a call saying delivery of the game will take place on Tuesday, bearing in mind this order was supposed to be cancelled. I have been so disappointed with this service and so I will advise not to order from CNA online, as you will gate the product late and with poor service. I guess I will need to return the game myself when I get it days after the release date just so that I can get my money back. So much for them cancelling the order and giving me a reference number, what for I don't know!
