Pre-order not delivered

I placed my order on the 27 August 2015 for METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN DAY ONE EDITION (PS4) Order #***. I accidentally entered the wrong address & asked them to update on the same day to the correct address. No reply as of yet. The game was released yesterday & the website said if i order before 30 August i will get it on the 1 September 2015. Still haven't received anything My order still says picked on the site. I emailed again today no response whatsoever. This is not the first time i am having this kind of experience with you guys. You guys should close your online shop if you cant handle online orders Cause this is pathetic that you cannot even respond to customers whether it is to inform them on the on the status of the order or if there is any delays.
