Poor service NEVER ORDER FROM CNA ONLINE
I have pre-ordered two items of over R1500 from CNA online. I have not received these items on date specified. I don't want this items anymore as I can just walk into a shop and purchase it today. Why the hell must anyone pre-order if goods are not delivered in release date?
We apologise for the lapse in service which is beyond our control since we experienced system issues .Our online team are working with the courier to ensure that the delivery takes place from Monday.***/GO
