Poor Response / Misleading

I wrote a previous report on the problem I am facing with regards to a printer that I purchased. I was amazed with the response that was placed on record where CNA stated that \they tried calling me and left a voice mail"and along this reference number \""Your reference number for this query raised is ***/GO.\"" When in reality nobody bothered to contact or left any voice message. I had to wait until i could write another report. You can even go obtain records from my service provider! Why was the response written with lies that I was unable to be reached? When they didn't even call me yet they stated they did and left a voicemail? Was this mentioned to make the image of the company look good and the problem was resolved? I won't support CNA and Edcon stores anymore as I can't tolerate lies. I saw in another report where it is stated that somebody tried contacting the customer. Makes me wonder if any customer was really contacted by customer service or not. Now I don't want your printer I will leave it at your store and the person who **** about contacting me can shove it up if you can't assist customers just say so don't mislead people!!!"""
