Phone damaged

My dad had gone to Cna to pick up the phone and the phone has come back damaged from repairs. Cna seems to be doing nothing about this as the phone is still at the store. Why should my dad take a phone that was not damaged by him. This is ridiculous as the phone has spent more time in repairs. Please can this matter be sorted immediately beacause the service is pathetic.
