phablet repairs
I sent through my phablet for repairs early Jan 2015 and to date I still have not received any feedback with regards to the status thereof. I am deeply disappointed as it really does not take 2months to get a t phone fixed. I would like to reimbursed with my money back as I feel the customer service is appalling and I am left in the lurch without a phone yet its under warranty
