Outstanding customer Service
Towards the end of November I realized I forgot to purchase a copy of the Rooi Rose in which there was a gift of a small Diary.All the shops had returned their November issues already.After phonining numerous stores,I eventually phoned CNA @ Sunridgevillage Centre in Port Elizabeth.A lady by the name of Marlene Lingaard managed to to get me a copy.However when I went to pick it up.She was not there & the staff member there could not find it.Upon phoning Ms Lingaard &; explaining to her that I was on my way to C.T.&would only be back beginning Feb.She said she would keep it for me.True to her word she kept if for me.This Lady has such a beautiful attitude towards people.
