Ordered package beginning of December - still noth

I ordered a package as a Christmas present for my friend AT THE BEGINNING of December - just to make sure it it'll be there in time. SHE IS STILL WAITING FOR IT! <br> I ordered the same CD for myself on the 21st and received it on the 24th? HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THAT?<br> Apparently someone signed for it as a RTS, yet I was NEVER contacted about it??<br> <br> Now I have to scurry around and contact THEM to find out what the hell happened to my package!<br> I payed for it and now its just missing!!!!! This is an utter disgrace.<br> <br> I would like this package to be delivered to her WITH AN APOLOGY for this utter, unacceptable service.<br> <br>
