Online pre-order no feedback

I did a pre-oder online for PS4 game Sebastian Loeb Rally 4 days before the game was released online with CNA. If one orders a game online pre-order it gets sent to you the day before release so that you can received it on the release date or the day after. This game has now been out in the stores (including CNA) for over 5 days and I have not received a tracking number even to let me know my game is on the way, I mailed them as well with no reply. This is the first time I have bought a game online with CNA...any other online site keeps you updated and gets you your game on release date or closest to...which is why one will do a pre-order. I went into the local CNA and there is the game, but now I need to wait till who knows when until I get my copy. I mean come-on guys. CNA online can do really well if they up their game, lack of variation and it now also seems like a lack of urgency. Please guys help me here and help me get my game??? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!
