Online OUt of Stock, refered to closest Branch
Saw the special on the playstation tv on their online store yesterday. When I wanted to order, the items said out of stock. I phoned the call center and they said that all I have to do is print the item off their website with their sale price, and take it to my nearest store, they will then give it to me for the same price seeing as they are out of stock. I went to woodlands branch and they said that the only store that deals with these request are menlyn branch. It was too late to go to menlyn as the branch would close before I got there. What is the point of sending a client to their closest store, but only to be told that they can not assist? I spent nearly R6000 at boardmans yesterday, and was planning on spending another R3000 at brooklyn boardmans today. With this attitude in not wanting to assist a client, Id rather take my money elsewhere.
