Online order

Hi. I am very disgusted and disspointed with the service i received on cna online. I did 2 orders on the 15th of December 2022 and paid via payflex and opted to collect in store at south gate mall on the 19th.

To my surprise cna south gate did not receive my order. I have been calling the head office non stop regarding my order. I was assisted by a guy named Taylon which gave me poorest service ever. He said I'd get my delivery on the 21st of December which courer fees will be on him cos it's his mistske. I've been calling non stop till he finally answered and i asked for refund instead, he sent me an email to attch my banking details which i did but it's been back and forth without assistance.

I'm really disappointed by the incompetence of cna online as i though I'm skipping queues only to be turned into a clown. How do i get this sorted cos schools are opening next week now I'll seem like an *********** parent!!!!!
