Not returning

Since if started to purchase soviet of the seas they told me that I can pay solong for the ones they got on stock and they will definitely get the ones missing every time when I get back to ask if they did get it they sed they have to order and phone us back after a week. after one week they phoned me and sed they are batteling to find it and wil phone me back again after a week. And it's being going on like this for one year. And the one time they sed if they can't find it they will give us our money back. Today I came to the store to return the stuff witch I can't use the manager sed se can't take it back and I should tel the one ladie witch of the issues I need so she can order it again. So the manager just turned around and walked out of the store and Sed that she's of Duty now.
