Not Refunded!!

<p>I would never deal with CNA online ever again! their customer services are useless! i have had no responses to emails whatsoever. I ordered a phone from them and then cancelled it. they said it would be refunded (this was on the 28/11/2016) up until now i havent heard a single word/reply to my emails as well as the amount of R4999 still isnt refunded!</p> <p>I need to know when this will refund will happen ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p>emails from - **********
