Not getting my money back

I was charged a value of R 1599.99 twice on the 18th of June - This was due to their till giving some problems. I have subsequently had to take some time off from work to go to the bank to provide the store with a bank stamped statement showing this value coming off twice. It was meant to take 5 working days, yet I am still waiting on the refund and this is actually costing me money at this point. <br> <br> It's quick to pay items but when it comes to getting your own money back from Edcon there seems to big problems. Extremely disappointed.
