NOT FAIR
Yesterday I tried to buy some book bags. The was a clear price of R11 on the shelve. It showed another price on the product but I obviously thought that it was discounted hence the shelf price. The cashier and the manager said that it was a mistake and I had to buy it at the higher price. This is not fair as I bought it because of the shelf price and I waited so long in the queue. Why should a mistake affect me, very poor customer service..
