No stock-No idea-No service

<p>I wanted to buy the CNA special of the Xbox One 500GB with Fifa 17 for R3999. I tried 3 stores and they had no stock. Noone seems to know when or where they will have stock. I enquired if I can get a comeback(which is the same price to buy at once they have stock), and noone could help me. I called the call centre and was twice cut-off and once told they need a barcode to check. Very poor customer service and assistance with large item sales. I still want purchase it at that price and want to know if I can get the price if stock comes after the sale?? Assistance needed for kids Christmas gifts. </p>
