No stock
<p>I want to purchase an Alcatel kids watch and suspecting that stock might be a problem I called the customer care line ***to be told to call ********** , which remained engaged for what felt like an eternity. I then drove to Eastgate to have it confirmed that there was no stock. What irks though is that the staff acknowledged that people had been calling on the store to purchase said watch since the weekend and no-one had an answer as to why there was no stock or when to expect delivery. Alcatel had apparently delivered something else to Eastgate CNA on that morning (i.e. Tuesday 28 June 2016). Why advertise a product in a flyer which is placed in the Sunday Times when you have no stock????</p>

We will be receiving stock in this week and more in the next few weeks.
Kindly advise which is your most convenient store so that we can request for them to set it aside for you.

It is really unfortunate that your response is untruthful - I called your customer care line who advised that there was stock of the watch in Fourways, Eastgate, Cresta and Mall of Africa, I contacted these - no stock arrived at Eastgate, Cresta was out of stock. So its not a case of advertising stock that you do not keep.
