NO REFUND!!
Just imagine to my disgust, I take back an unwanted item and then I get told we wont be able to give you a cash refund because you don't have the debit card you paid. Utter nonsense, Audrey at the store says How sure can they be that I paid with a debit card, me to self:how is that my problem? She calls the customer care and they argue with Mpumelelo to whether they should give me my MONEY back, I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life, in other words she says I the customer is lying. My money is with the Edcon Group right now, I wasted petrol and time to receive NOTHING. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman beacause this is not TCF!!!

However please note that our terms and conditions on refunds were revised as per the consumer protection Act, therefore you can only be refunded in the same method of which the item being returned was paid for. Please be advised that the store can assist with a cash refund, however your debit card would need to be present.
Kindly return to the store with the card that was used for payment as advised and you will be assisted accordingly.
