No refund

I am very unhappy with the service I received at CNA Festival Mall. I bought pencil cases for my kids but when I got home they told me only clear pencil cases are allowed for exams. CNA Festival Mall refused to refund me because I bought them from another CNA not them. They told me to go back to that CNA because they have a new system that doesn't allow them to take stock from other stores. What a waste of time coz I was already at the Mall now I have to go back to another CNA.
