I visited CNA at Glenfair Boulevard last week Thursday and was disgusted in the service I received. I was looking for A4 white cardboard but could not find any on the shelve. I went to Winnie and asked her for some help trying to find it. She looked at me and said I should look on the shelve, I advised her that I have already had a look and could not find any. She then carried on unpacking the stock. I didn't expect her to jump and help me, but a simple we are out of stock would have done the trick. I regret saying this, but I will not be visiting CNA again soon if this is what customer service means to them. It might be something small, but it is the small gestures that makes the biggest difference.
