No follow up... No phone.... No service... No Patience left...

I bought a Mobiwire Vodacom phone from CNA Sea Point on the 12th of August and not even three weeks later had to return it as the phone would not charge. Vodacom in Green Point were very rude when i took it in to them as it was a cheap phone so i returned it to CNA where Ms Isaacs was as sweet as always and very helpful and the phone was sent to Vodacom to be repaired (note this phone was not even three weeks old!!!). The phone was returned a couple of weeks later with no explanation as to what the problem had been. On the 18th of October it was returned to CNA again with the same issue of not charging. Now over a month later CNA can not tell me when i will have it back nor has anybody from either CNA or Vodacom comtacted me with a reaon for the delay or expected date of its return. So a Phone i bought over three months ago and only had the pleasure of using for barely over a month is lost in transit or missing.

I feel that a phone that was brand new and has had so many issues already should have just been replaced straight away. YET!!!!

Please be advised we have raised this incident with the store manager , you will be receiving feedback shortly. Sending your cell phone in for repairs should not be so time consuming and for this we must apologise.

I appreciate your response and must say that the staff at CNA Sea Point have been helpful thus far yet it is really out of their hands and the service or repair department of this business is the one to blame.

In this day and age one can not be without a cell phone resulting in the first time my phone was returned i bought another from the same branch which when my phone came back fixed i passed on to a friend needing one as thought that mine was now back only to have the same problem occur and be left without a phone once again. With the length of time that this phone has now been back in for repairs i once again have had to buy another phone, this time neither through the Edcon group nor Vodacom as both leave an extremelly bad taste in my mouth at the moment never mind considerable expense which defeated my reason for buying the cheaper phone in the first place.

I wait response, contact and delivery date or refund which would be far more preferable at this stage as the aforementioned phone has as stated been on for repairs due to faulty phone more than i have had it in my possesion to date.

Yours Impatiently

Andrew Gunnion
