No delivery of my Fifa 18

On the 29th September 2017, I placed my order for 3x Fifa 18 PS3 Legacy editions online on the CNA website. Current price advertised was R100. I followed the entire process and paid successfully for the games. I then received and email to say that CNA accepts my payment, and my order has been moved to "pick" status. After about 2 hours, I received a mail that CNA has made a mistake and the price was incorrect, and that my order is cancelled. Now i have not cancelled any order, nor did i authorize any order be cancelled on my behalf. My money was taken and the deal has been finalized. To top it all off the price that I purchased my games for was the main reason I bought it due to the saving. They had even scratched out the R799.90 price tag and replaced it with a new price showing "NOW R100" I've got screenshots to prove the pricing and the successful payment, that has influenced my purchase and I bought immediately. Now I am sitting with no games and no money. I have raised this query via CNA Facebook page as well as the call center which has give me a reference number which is ********** 0452/go which was done the same day of purchase but still no resolution or feedback with each time Edcon telling me they will get back to me when they can. I DO NOT WANT A REFUND BUT RATHER MY GAMES I BOUGHT. I will be taking this further steps to go via social media as well too

Thank you for this Lucky Your terms and conditions says "if the law allows" in my case it does not However please see below, which make my point valid. According to the CPA the law does not allow this. Also nowhere does it say that errors allow CNA to cancel on behalf of the client. Also as discussed,I was not uncertain, as the price I saw was a validated by indicating the before price, and the NOW price, which influenced my purchase. To add to this, I was promised by you, that I was going to get a follow up call 1 hour after our call at 11:15 its now 13:11 with no feedback. I will be lodging a complaint by no later than 9th Oct 2017 formally, on the basis of Consumer right No.4- Right to Disclosure of Information " Consumers have the right to demand paying the lower price for goods displaying two varying prices – suppliers are not permitted to charge consumers the higher price for the same goods." Also to add: Your right to protection against bait marketing Suppliers are not permitted to mislead consumers in respect of pricing, the nature, properties, advantages or uses of goods or services advertised, if such goods or services are not actually available for purchase or procurement in accordance with these standards. Suppliers are obliged to include limitations in respect of the availability of goods or services when advertising such items, and honour such agreements

Hi CNA, I was promised a call back from Lucky 1 hr after he called me yesterday, which was 11:15. I have heard no response back from him. He sent me an email, ive responded with no response from him. His attitude really stank with me yesterday, and this no care attitude from EDCON and CNA is rather appalling, so in my mail to Lucky, i will be lodging a formal complaint via the Equality Court on Monday 9 Oct 2017 against EDCON/CNA in bridge of the CPA Consumer right No.4- Right to Disclosure of Information " Consumers have the right to demand paying the lower price for goods displaying two varying prices – suppliers are not permitted to charge consumers the higher price for the same goods." I will also be adding my complaint to social media, as per Lucky "this affected a lot of people, and they didn't go on like me, they just accepted it" so I am sure that the people these affected will join me in getting their products too. Its sure courtesy on my side to advise that i am putting this on Social Media, by no later than close of business today if I do not get a call back with a resolution to my query today (6 Oct 2017, 10:49am)
