No codes to return items
I purchased 3 x Parker pens from the Gateway Store, however i found better options on the online store. I went to CNA Chatsworth Centre to return these but was told that the codes are not on the system because they dont stock it and i must return it to another store?????????? Really???? I am writing exams and have no time to drive to gateway or Pavillion, Chatsworth centre is the closest store to me. For me this is troubling, for a franchise that is closing down stores fast, the service needs to be better. I rather purchase on takealot at a cheaper price and better service. I also sent a message to the facebook page, no response. Shame, CNA at this rate i dont see you surpassing your competitors.
