National Consumer Commission complaint

Hi, I wish to lodge a complaint against CNA with the NCC (National consumer commission) where can I find the contact details for the managers responsible for CNA? These details do not seem to be listed, else I would just use Edcon's details?<br> <br> All I need is a contact number and an email address and a responsible person as you have not resolved my issue, nor paid it any mind. Please be accurate, I am sure the NCC would not wish to deal with your call centre.
