More than incredible
Yesterday I went to CNA Lakeside (Benoni) just to grab a magazine and while there a quite mature lady working there approached me and friendly asked if I needed any assistance and I said I'm ok cz I already found what I wanted. This lovely lady started talking to me walked me around the shop showed me all these products that were on sale ,she went the extra mile by showing me even better versions of the ones I had chosen. I must say it was my very first time going to any CNA and actually any Edcon branch and find a friendly , helpful,eager and very happy to serve assistant. Gladys Makhanya made my day cz I ended up buying Christmas gifts for my family and saved a whole lot in price. Gobsmacked is what I can say about that mama!!!
