Merely a place to hide from the rain
<p>en a patron of CNA GALLERIA MALL AMANZIMTOTI since its opening in 2009. At first it was a well stocked store with ample customer assistance. It was a pleasure to visit. Unfortunately 7 years later it is merely a place to take shelter from the rain. I went in to purchase stationery, which was covered with a thick layer of dust. The porcelain tiles have seen better days showing the stores decay. Cleanliness is not on the stores top agenda. I picked up a parker rollerball refill which I swear was sold in the 1990's. I have no problem with the staff as they were helpful. I think that management need to really evaluate the stores appearance as compared to other stores as is it a sight for sore eyes. </p>
