May you please assist.I was working for CNA company and our store was closed because of rental issues.The landlord on 6th June 2021 told us not to open the store following day as our store was not paying rent. I informed my Regional Manager that day and he told me to close they will update us.We stayed at home for the whole of june and the was no update and i did follow up with Regional Manager but still the was no update. On 20-07-2021 my Regional Manager informed me that the store is permanently closed and our retrenchment date start on 23-07-2021. Our salaries for July was deducted and the was no communication for that i asked why the was no answer for that. Our last salaries was in July The is no transparency of severance's package and leave days. The company is not willing to pay our leave days they said we where on forced leave. We have received redundancy letter and is was written that if the will be same position they will consider us. The store is been re-opened today and i was not been informed and i feel that i was been discriminated is this according to Department of Labour.
