leaving my phone in shop to rot
On the 14th December I gave my A5 phone to Amy to be booked in for repairs, on the 25th December I spoke to reshaan and asked him to do a follow up he said that the insurance company is closed on the 2 January there admit would phone me with feedback because amy no longer works for the company.I came to reshaan on the 26th,27th,27th 8th and everyday he promised me feed bank I went to the shop on the 30th of January and then this other coloured girl tells me that reshaan is on leave and she is a specialist she don't do administration work I must wait for the administration but she is doing a follow up on a laptop claim for a white guy I'm like seriously you don't do follow up on claims but you are doing a follow up on a laptop claim seriously.these guys working at the cellphone counter does not care for the account holders of edcon and my phone was laying in CNA storage for a month and a half ready for a theft to ***** it because of people not willing to assist certain customer judging us as customers and not giving us the service but they still get there salaries every month for the shifty service we get as customers
