Item mix up

A helpful CNA employee named Angel actually helped me out recently and it pains me to report a complaint again but I noticed that my purchase of a PS Vita at the Rage Expo has a different model depicted on the outer box, but a different model on the inner box. The item is stil fully sealed as I bought it.<br> <br> It must my bad luck, but CNA helped me out before and im hoping they can again. I wouldnt mind a refund if this cant be sorted as its unopened and brand new.<br> <br> Please contact me regarding this.<br> <br>
