I bought magazines:My 3D Globe. New issues comes out every week with pieces to build.On several occasions I've asked the sales people how many copies there is altogether. they didn't know and took my phone number to find out from the supplier. They did not enquire and I've never received a phone call back. Eventually, after buying the 26th copy, I found the supplier on the internet and was told there's 100 copies. Utterly ridiculous to charge almost R8000 rand to build a plastic globe. RNA said I had to speak to CNA because I bought it directly from them and not straight from the supplier. I asked Martha, the store manager if I could return the unopened copies but she said I can only return the latest 2. I feel that the store should take all back. It's because of their incompetence that that I found out so late about the amount of mags. If they had told me sooner, I would have stopped buying much earlier. Is this perhaps a sales gimmick to sell as much as possible by keeping the customer in the dark?
