*********** CNA/EDCON employees

Yesterday I went to CNA (Clearwater mall) to put in a claim for my damaged laptop. Since I bought and insured the laptop at that store, I thought it was the right place to do this. I had my damaged laptop with me and wanted them to process the claim. The staff did not know what to do and confidently told me that I had to call the claims department as they were the ones dealing with these kind of issues. So today, after holding for close to 10 minutes and finally being assisted, I was told that I had to go to the nearest Edgars with my damaged laptop to process a claim.... This is not the most dense information to consume or teach your staff members. This means that, not only have I wasted my airtime, but I have to waste more petrol going to the same mall for the same issue. Why can't Edcon just hire competent staff or teach them accordingly. It seems the group only cares when you have to pay them or owe them. Really dissapointed....
