Inappropriate personal comments by cashier
<p>I wish to make a complaint against CNA - Cresta. On Monday I made a purchase there and upon having to RICA my item. I produced my ID and proof of residence, when Boitumelo, the cashier received my ID she mad an inappropriate personal comment about whether it was my ID or not as since my ID photo had been taken I had put on weight. This is totally unacceptable. Cashiers are paid to do thier job not to ask customers, like myself personal questions. She and all other cashiers at all retails need to remember that it is customers like myself making purchases at their stores that keep them employed and without customers she would not be able to keep her job</p>
