Hurricane mobile phone errors

I went to buy a Telkom mobile (Hurricane mobile) cell phone on the 24 September 2015 and the phone was sold to me and was told i cant use the phone until it has been rica did so they did everything and three days the phone never worked and i went back to the store only to find out that it was not rica properly and it was rica same time it only works for ten minutes when i get home and try to charge it did not charge i went to the store again an tell the the phone is not charging and they said they will replace the charger and i said but u said if the phone is giving problems within 7 days you can replace and they did not agree saying its not a phone so they gave me a charger only to work less that ten minutes i had to spend another money to tel them i dnt want the phone anymore cause i have bought problems instead of a working mobile phone so now they are telling m to go to a nearest store to book the phone so how can i book something which i never used i dont want the phone anymore they must just return my money. because am spending a lot of money toi fix something i have never use.
