Horrific treatment by staff

On Sunday 15 January, my wife came to the Victory CNA with our 2 kids. One of my kids vomited in the shop as she is sick. One of the staff members brought a mop to my wife and instructed her to clean up the mess.

This is despicable treatment of a customer, not even mentioning that my wife is visibly pregnant. When the manager was called by my wife to address this ********** treatment, the manager was silent. My wife can provide the names of the manager and staff member.

This kind of treatment is one that is not to be tolerated. Never has any staff member told a customer to clean up in the shop in my experience. This shall definitely not be tolerated and this is being taken further.
