HORRIBLE Online Service

I am VERY UNHAPPY!!!

Cant get hold of anyone to ACTUALLY assist me!!! I have been struggling for 2 days now to get hold of ANYONE regarding my online purchase.

Status has been on "PICK" and not changing! Tracking code DOESNT WORK!

I have a VERY urgent matter regarding delivery to sort out, but there is absolutely NO ONE to assist me! ONLY automated responses!!!

I have emailed and keep getting told i will receive a response in 24 hours and NOTHING, and i have phoned countless times only to have the phone be put down on me EVERY TIME!

I am extremely unhappy!!!! This is PATHETIC service especially for URGENT matters!!! my reference number is ********** 0833/GO . I need assistance NOW!

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND CNA ONLINE TO ANYONE IF THIS IS THE STRUGGLE!!

The website said the product will available to be shipped immediately! All lies!!!
