Horrible Customer Service!!!!
I have been calling non stop to find out what happened to one of my orders and they keep putting me on hold and then just putting down the call. i called at 08:45 for the first time and the night service was still active clearly stating they open at 08:00. Now how difficult is it to check on the system where the item is? Its been long due now. This is absolutely pathetic service yet again and yet again the Customer Service agents do not care. If I do not receive an answer by 16:00 today i will be going to the Ombudsman.
