Helpful and Pleasing Customer Assistance at CNA
I previously wrote compliants about the CNA Musgrave branch where I had an issue with regards to a faulty printer I had purchased. I later complained that CNA failed to contact me aswell but it came to my attention that somehow CNA used an old number to contact me which I did not have any longer and apologise for the misunderstanding. I would like to now state that the issue has been clarified and resolved and furthermore the store manager Indran Naicker has gone the extra mile by assisting me speedily and making available a replacement printer before I even knew it!!! Thumbs up to CNA Musgrave.
