Have sent Emails to CNA head office with no reply

Bad service I opened a file for myself with CNA about 2 years ago to receive the build the delorean books. Every month for 2 years I bought 2 or 4 books depending on what I could afford that month. I already spent thousands of rands on this collection. Then they had issues getting me issue 106, i waited for around 3 months, no one could give me a straight answer as to when issue 106 will arrive. I left around 10 issues in my file, refusing to buy further until I receive issue 106, because how will I continue building the car with missing issues. The guy at CNA told me his manager said we can't have so many books in our file, and asked if we are still interested, I told them yes I am interested but I am buying 3 or 4 books a month depending on my finances, he said okay he will tell his managet and leave the books in my file. Then lockdown happened. I didn't go to CNA for 2 months, today when I went again, all issues have been removed from my file and now they are telling me they are not sure of they will continue with the delorean. They sais I have to email the address on the book for my missing issues, now my question is, this is a email address for overseas? If CNA can't get the issues for me that I am missing, I want to return ALL unopened delorean books and I want a FULL refund, all my unopened books comes to plus minus R150 for the Jaguar and R119.99. for the bus. They choice is yours. I can do with an exrra R15k in my pocket for the jaguar. And 12k for the bus.
