Getting my game late
I have now spoken to Elsa and another gentleman on Monday. I pre-ordered Until Dawn all the way back in June! The official release date was the 25th/26th August!!! I do not understand why I am only getting my game on the 28th of August!!! WHAT IS THE POINT OF PRE-ORDERING IF I GET IT LATER THAN THE RELEASE DATE!!! <br> <br> Elsa was supposed to call me Yesterday because I was told I would get feedback by then. I understand she isnt in the office today but I made it very clear that if I didnt have feedback I do not want the game I want a refund to my Edgars account. Its ridiculous my fiance had the same issue with you guys! <br> <br> Are you guys going to refund me or are you actually going to do something to rectify this??? We have another game pre-ordered with you for October are we going to get that way after the release date as well???
