Frustrating Refund
<p>So I write this message after probably 6 month of trying to find out what is happening from the Edgars customer call center. So in February I ordered an item from CNA for R1200 and after a lengthy process to get them to return it I received a refund for R400. Order number # ********** 19. So after calling the helpline a they tell me they refunded the R800 to someone else's account. That reference number was ********** 262GO. So I call this morning to follow up as I now owe less than my refund on the account. And don't they tell me they can't find this reference number. Useless customer service</p>
