fondi kids tablet
I bought 2 fondi tablets in december 2014 for my kids aged 8 & 9 for christmas by january myson aged 8 accidently let his charger fell ontop of the screen and it shattered!!! Which I dont understand as it is supposed to be childproof!!!! It cost me to order a new one fromyour hazyview branch and paid again R650! Now my daughter has dropped hers not even 30 cm and the screen cracked!!! I am not going to buy a new one again! I feel that the product is not what it supposed to be a childproof tablet!!!

Thank you for informing us about the broken Kiddies tablets, which according to the specs is said to be childproof. We will like to apologise for the inconvenience you have underwent. We have escalated the matter to the store manager and the buyers in a form of a complaint, the reference number is:***/GO.
The response from the buyer is that you can take that item back, with your proof of purchase, and they will exchange the item for you. He further highlighted that the item might be a kiddies Tablet, but it is still a fragile device and special care must be taken.
