Fifa 18 no delivery

I pre ordered fifa 18 online at CNA and they stipulated that it would be delivered today on the 29th of september. I waited the whole day and no notifications from cna about delivery, so i decide to call they call center. Only to find out that they are unable to deliver as promised due to a system failure, i ask why dont they send out emails explaining to customers that they wont recieve the product today as promised. they say delivery will take place over the weekend and arent able to assist me when i ask for my delivery location to be changed to my address at home rather then work as this will also take 48hours to change. i ask for a refund so i may go buy the game in cash, and that also takes 7days to be able to refund my money. am absolutely dissapointed in they service and lost all faith in they online system and the call center that is unable to assist in anyway as though i am at fault
