Faulty tablets
<p>I bought "again" 2 strika boost play tablets for my kids 3 months ago after i told the lady what my experience was with thte last tablets i had which we still have, she said no these are the best quality and no one has ever complained.</p> <p>Guess what,one doest charge anymore or even go on and the other one doesnt accept the simcard anymore...</p> <p> </p> <p>Really...?</p>

Please be advised all cell phones purchased at any Edcon store is strictly supp**** from the relevant network provider. A cell phone can only be exchanged or refunded if the cell phone is deemed out of box failure or the service provider cannot fix the cell phone and therefore will instructed us to replace or refund the customer as stated in our refund policy.
However we do understand your frustration in this matter and will liaising with the store to assist if possible.
