FAULTY CELL & BAD SERVICES
I bought TM VERSSED MOTION E1 TABLET last month , charger pin is broken because it was faulty from the beginning , i bought that tablet for my 9year old child and now i regret ,<br> <br> As per their policy : Faulty cellphones will be exchanged or repaired , the phone is still under warranty but when my sister returned it yesterday she was given horrible service and the lady who was helping her did not want to take the tablet , she said i might as well buy a new tablet since i will be charged for the repair , <br> <br> i will not pay for the repair since its still within time frame , either they repair the phone or give me money back or i will take legal actions regarding this , they sell faulty goods and expect me to pay again , i will not tolerate the bad service am getting now .... i had to call her on my sisters phone and demand her to take back the phone <br> <br> Serial Number : E***
