False advertising - not giving my order
I purchased FIFA 18 this morning, advertised for R100, and due to a "system error" they canceled my order even though I have already paid for this (with invoices).
When I tried contacting them about it, they did not reply to me. I am still waiting on a response.
Due to a system error on our website this morning, your order for FIFA ’18 has been cancelled. Our technical team is working on resolution of the problem, and FIFA ’18 will be available for purchase soon. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
