false advertising by CNA!

I have ordered a hot wheels item online that was on sale. When ordering the item it clearly stated 1 item left in stock. We proceeded with the purchase paid for the item and delivery.

Only to be told a few days later that the item isn't in stock and they cannot honour the purchase. I find this highly unacceptable and false advertising. It attracts people to their website luring them in and then once you have purchased you get told they dont have stock and will refund my money. I expect CNA to honour their advertising and online sales. The item should be bought by CNA and supp**** to the customer.
