False Advertising

I was looking for a flash drive and found one at a good price on the CNA website. AData 16 GB for R79.90. When I went to the store to buy one it was priced at R129. The salesman checked the price and explained that there is a difference between online order pricing and actual store pricing. This is very frustrating - one price is advertised online without any indication that the price is much higher when you buy instore.

We have received your concerns and apologise for the inconvenience caused by the matter. Kindly be advised that the store was correct in their advice , Correct prices are certainly kept in store, On the other hand the Online prices differ to the store prices. this is caused by the fact that sometimes promotions that are running in store are not found online and those online are not found in store. Please find the below reference number for your email ***/GO.

Kind regards,

Thank you. I understand - but please make it clear on the web site when it's a special online only price - it's frustrating to go into the store and not be able to purchase the item at the advertised price.
