FALSE ADVERTISING

CNA recently advertised a 2GB Western Digital My Passport Hard Drive at R1299.00 for their Birthday Sale. On arrival, on the First Day of Sale at the Musgrave Store I was told that the Product was sold out. Note that this was the First piece of dishonest information. I then requested the Sale Consultant phone the other Store to find out if they had Stock as it was still the first day of sale which he agreed and started phoning other Stores. After 45 minutes of waiting he returns to tell me that no other Store in Durban has that Product and that a DIFFERENT PRODUCT was delivered by CNA to ALL STORES. He stated that all Stores the Western Digital Elements Hard Drive at the same price. Note that the 'Elements' is a lesser brand than the 'My Passport' as it does not have a Cloud Backup and R1299 would not be a valuable price for that Product. This whole situation made me feel like CNA is trying to entice the Public by advertising one Product but when arriving at Store the are trying to sell you a lesser Product a same Value.
