False Advertising
In short I logged into the CNA online store to placed a pre-order for F1 2015 (PC) The product is advertised as follows \Was R599 Now R499". When I had to pay up I was charged the full amount of R599. I send a email to [Email Removed] and to [Email Removed] to try and get this resolved. But my emails are being ignored. I also tried calling the Customer Service center on ***and 2 out 3 times the consultant did not know what to do and hung up on me. Witch in it self is very rude. Eventual I got thru to a consultant by the name of Joyce. she told me to continue with my order and a refund will be made to me. The Call ref no. is 231. But till now no one has contacted me regarding a refund for my over charged purchase. By the way I took screen shots of the product that is being advertised as R499 and my payment confirmation that shows I was charged R599.<br> """
